Even on family road trips, John made time to visit local drag strips wherever he happened to be. Lucky for us, he brought along his trusty Kodak box camera and snapped images of his favorite cars using 120 format film. Once he had his dad’s color camera, producing larger full color images. He even shot 8mm video footage using a camera he borrowed.
